These Terms apply to any person who accesses Tweeksy, creates an account, uses a workspace, manages a website or participates in a project through the platform.
In plain language: by creating an account or using Tweeksy, the user accepts the rules governing the use of the platform.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below.
Tweeksy means the platform published by Wazo SRL allowing the creation, management and publication of websites.
Wazo means Wazo SRL, the company publishing and operating Tweeksy.

3. Acceptance of the Terms
Use of Tweeksy implies acceptance of these Terms.
When creating an account, the User must tick a mandatory checkbox confirming that they accept the Terms and acknowledge having read the Privacy Policy.
The checkbox for accepting the Terms is not pre-ticked by default.
Tweeksy keeps proof of acceptance of the Terms, including in particular the accepted version, the language, the date, the User, the acceptance context, the IP address and the user agent where this information is available.
The User cannot create a Tweeksy account without accepting the applicable Terms.
In plain language: Tweeksy keeps a record of the version of the Terms accepted by each User.
4. Language of the Terms
These Terms are originally drafted in French.
Tweeksy may provide an English version of the Terms to make them easier for users to understand.
When a User accepts the Terms, Tweeksy stores the version, date and language of the version that was presented to the User.
In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and a translation, the French version shall prevail, unless a mandatory legal provision applicable to the consumer provides otherwise.
In plain language: Tweeksy may display the Terms in French or English, but keeps a record of the language actually presented to the User.

6. User account
Access to certain Tweeksy features requires the creation of a user account.
The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering and throughout the use of the service.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions carried out from their account, unless there is evidence of fraudulent use not attributable to the User.
In the event of suspected unauthorized access, the User must inform Tweeksy as soon as possible.
Tweeksy may ask the User to verify their email address or certain information necessary for security, billing or use of the service.
7. Tenant, roles and invited users
Tweeksy operates through customer workspaces called tenants or Tweeksy workspaces.
A tenant may contain several websites, members, roles, permissions, settings, subscriptions, credits, domains and related data.
The tenant owner or users with sufficient permissions may invite other users into the workspace.
The Customer is responsible for:
- the users they invite;
- the roles they assign to them;
- the access rights they grant to them;
- the actions carried out by those users within the Tweeksy workspace.
An invited user must comply with these Terms.
An invited user's rights may be limited or removed by the tenant owner or by an authorized user.
In plain language: if a Customer invites a collaborator, an agency or a member of their team, the Customer remains responsible for managing the rights granted within their workspace.
8. Ownership and management of the tenant
The tenant is linked to the Customer or entity that created it or holds the main rights to it according to the information available in Tweeksy.
In the event of a dispute regarding ownership or control of a tenant or website, Tweeksy may take into account, in particular:
- the email address of the tenant owner;
- the creation history;
- billing information;
- information related to domains;
- assigned roles;
- evidence provided by the parties concerned.
Tweeksy reserves the right to temporarily suspend certain sensitive actions in the event of a serious dispute regarding the ownership of a tenant, website or domain.
Such suspension may concern, in particular, the deletion of a tenant, deletion of a website, transfer of a domain or modification of sensitive information.
9. General description of the service
Tweeksy may allow, depending on the available plans and features:
- the creation of one or more websites;
- the generation or modification of content with AI assistance;
- the management of pages, images, texts, media and settings;
- the publication of a website;
- the management of languages;
- the connection or management of certain domain names;
- the configuration of forms;
- the use of AI Credits;
- the invitation of users;
- the management of a subscription or plan.
Certain features may be free, paid, limited or subject to quotas, credits or specific conditions.
Commercial terms, subscriptions, prices, credits, credit packs and payments are defined in the Terms of Sale or in applicable specific terms.
10. Geographic availability of the service
Tweeksy may be offered to users located in different countries.
However, access to Tweeksy, account creation, use of the service, subscription to a paid plan or purchase of associated services may be refused, limited or suspended when necessary to comply with a law, regulation, sanction measure, trade restriction or any other applicable legal obligation.
Tweeksy does not provide its services to persons, entities, countries or territories where the provision of the service would be prohibited or subject to an applicable legal restriction.
The Customer is responsible for verifying that the use of Tweeksy is permitted in their country and complies with the rules applicable to their activity.
11. Customer responsibility for content
The Customer is solely responsible for the content they create, import, modify, generate, approve or publish through Tweeksy.
This includes, in particular:
- texts;
- images;
- logos;
- photos;
- videos or media;
- business information;
- products or services presented;
- forms;
- legal notices;
- privacy policies;
- cookie-related information;
- AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
The Customer guarantees that they hold the rights, authorizations and legal bases necessary to use, publish or exploit such content.
The Customer is responsible in particular for compliance with:
- copyright;
- image rights;
- trademarks;
- rules relating to personal data;
- rules applicable to their activity;
- information obligations towards visitors to their website.
Tweeksy provides a technical tool for creating and managing websites, but does not legally validate the content published by the Customer.
In plain language: Tweeksy provides the tool, but the Customer remains responsible for what they publish on their website.
12. Prohibited content and uses
The Customer undertakes not to use Tweeksy to create, host, generate, distribute or promote content that is:
- illegal;
- fraudulent;
- misleading;
- defamatory;
- insulting;
- hateful;
- discriminatory;
- violent;
- infringing the rights of third parties;
- infringing privacy;
- containing personal data collected unlawfully;
- containing malicious software;
- intended for phishing, spam or scams;
- contrary to public order or applicable laws.
The Customer also undertakes not to use Tweeksy to:
- circumvent the technical or commercial limits of the service;
- disrupt the operation of the platform;
- access third-party data or accounts without authorization;
- extract data on a massive scale;
- use AI features abusively or unlawfully;
- compromise the security of Tweeksy or its users.
Tweeksy may suspend or delete content, a website, a tenant or access in the event of an actual or suspected violation of these Terms.
13. Use of artificial intelligence features
Tweeksy may integrate features based on artificial intelligence to help the Customer create, improve, translate, rephrase or generate content.
AI-generated content is provided as a creation aid.
The Customer must review AI-generated content before using or publishing it.
Tweeksy does not guarantee that AI-generated content is:
- accurate;
- complete;
- original;
- suitable for the Customer's activity;
- legally compliant;
- free from errors;
- free from similarities with content generated for other users.
The Customer remains solely responsible for the use, approval and publication of AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
Tweeksy does not use Customer Content to train its own artificial intelligence models.
Third-Party Services may be used to provide certain AI features. Their use may involve the technical processing of content, prompts, images or instructions necessary to perform the request.
In plain language: AI helps create content, but the Customer must always review, check and approve it before publication.
14. AI Credits
Certain AI features may require the use of credits.
Detailed rules relating to credits, subscriptions, credit packs, their consumption, any expiry, purchase or non-refundability are defined in the Terms of Sale or in specific terms relating to AI Credits.
As a general principle, Tweeksy may limit or block an action if the Customer does not have the necessary credits or if their subscription does not allow use of the requested feature.
Credits included in a subscription and credits purchased as packs may be managed separately.
Unless otherwise provided in the Terms of Sale, credits included in the subscription are consumed first. When these credits are insufficient or exhausted, credits from separately purchased packs are then consumed in chronological order of purchase, from the oldest to the most recent.
Tweeksy may inform the Customer of the consumption status of their credits, in particular when their balance becomes low, when a type of credits is exhausted or when an action can no longer be performed due to insufficient credits.
15. Published websites
The Customer is responsible for the websites they publish through Tweeksy.
The Customer must in particular verify:
- the content of pages;
- the contact details published;
- legal notices;
- the privacy policy applicable to their own website;
- cookie-related rules;
- forms;
- AI-generated texts;
- the compliance of the website with their activity and applicable laws.
Tweeksy may provide tools, templates or suggestions, but does not guarantee that the final website is legally compliant with the Customer's activity.
The Customer is also responsible for updating their website and the information they provide to visitors.
16. Forms and data collected through Customer websites
Tweeksy may allow the Customer to create forms on their websites.
As of the effective date of these Terms, the forms offered by Tweeksy do not allow file uploads, unless the service evolves in the future.
Data submitted through forms may be:
- stored in a database;
- sent by email to the configured recipients;
- associated with technical or GDPR metadata;
- retained for a configured period;
- automatically deleted when that period expires.
The Customer is responsible for informing visitors to their website and for the legal basis applicable to the collection of data through their forms.
When Tweeksy processes data collected through forms on behalf of the Customer, the Customer acts as the controller and Wazo acts as processor, under the terms set out in the applicable data processing agreement.
In plain language: if a visitor fills in a form on a Customer website, the Customer is responsible for that data collection. Tweeksy provides the technical tool.
17. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and cookies
Tweeksy does not, as of the effective date of these Terms, provide an internal analytics tool integrated into the platform.
However, Tweeksy may allow the Customer to configure certain provided integrations, including:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Tag Manager.
Unless expressly made available by Tweeksy, the Customer may not freely add their own custom scripts or cookies to their website.
Integrations offered by Tweeksy, including Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, may however be configured when this option is available.
When the Customer activates Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any similar service available in Tweeksy, the Customer is responsible for:
- informing visitors;
- managing any required consents;
- configuring these tools;
- ensuring their compliance with applicable rules;
- the consequences of their use on the website.
These elements are also governed by the Cookie Policy and applicable documentation.
18. Domain names
Tweeksy may offer features related to domain names, including the purchase, configuration, connection or renewal of domains.
When the Customer purchases or manages a domain name through Tweeksy, specific terms may apply.
The Customer remains the owner / registrant of the domain when the domain is registered in their name.
Tweeksy may act as a technical intermediary, technical contact or registrar billing contact depending on the chosen configuration, without becoming the owner of the domain.
Rules relating to domains, their renewal, expiry, transfer, payment or recovery are defined in the specific terms for domain names.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information required to register or renew a domain.
19. Third-Party Services
Tweeksy may rely on Third-Party Services to provide certain features.
These services may include, in particular:
- hosting;
- storage;
- media delivery;
- payments;
- domain names;
- email sending;
- AI features;
- analytics or tags activated by the Customer;
- security;
- technical operation.
The Customer acknowledges that certain features may depend on Third-Party Services and that their availability, rules or performance may evolve.
Tweeksy is not responsible for interruptions or limitations directly attributable to a Third-Party Service, unless otherwise required by law.
20. Subscriptions, payments and paid services
Certain Tweeksy features may be subject to a subscription, payment, credits or usage limits.
Commercial rules relating to prices, plans, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, credits, packs, refunds and payment methods are defined in the Terms of Sale.
In the event of any contradiction between these Terms and the Terms of Sale regarding a commercial or financial matter, the Terms of Sale shall prevail for that matter.
21. Suspension in the event of non-payment
In the event of payment failure or non-payment, Tweeksy may apply a grace period, suspend certain features or temporarily suspend the public display of a website according to the rules set out in the applicable commercial terms.
By way of example, Tweeksy may in particular:
- temporarily keep the website online during a grace period;
- block paid features;
- block use of AI;
- block content generation;
- block publication;
- maintain limited access to regularize payment;
- temporarily suspend the public website in the event of prolonged non-payment.
Details are defined in the Terms of Sale and applicable product rules.
22. Deletion of a website or Tweeksy workspace
Tweeksy may allow the Customer to delete a website or Tweeksy workspace.
Voluntary deletion of a website or Tweeksy workspace results in immediate soft deletion. The deleted item is no longer active or visible as a current item, but may remain recoverable for a period of 30 days.
During this 30-day period, an authorized user may request or perform restoration depending on the available features and applicable rules.
After this 30-day period, Tweeksy may permanently delete the active data related to the relevant website or Tweeksy workspace.
Data permanently deleted from the active application may still temporarily remain in technical backups. It disappears progressively according to the backup rotation cycle, with a maximum target period of 90 days.
Certain data may be retained for longer when necessary to comply with a legal, tax, accounting or contractual obligation, or to preserve evidence.
This may include, in particular:
- invoices;
- payments;
- proof of acceptance of legal documents;
- data necessary for security;
- data necessary to defend the rights of Wazo or Tweeksy;
- data related to fraud, abuse or litigation.
Deletion of a tenant or website may affect access to content, media, settings, forms, domains or other associated elements.
Deletion of a Tweeksy workspace does not automatically transfer ownership of a domain name and does not improperly remove the Customer's rights over a domain registered in their name. Specific rules may apply to active domains or domains purchased through Tweeksy.
23. Deletion after prolonged non-payment
In the event of prolonged non-payment, Tweeksy may suspend certain features, temporarily suspend the public display of a website, and then initiate deletion of data according to the rules set out in the Terms of Sale, the Privacy Policy and applicable product rules.
By way of example, if a payment is not regularized after public suspension of the website, Tweeksy may proceed with or schedule deletion of the relevant data after a period of 90 days from that public suspension.
Before a deletion related to prolonged non-payment, Tweeksy may send notifications to the Customer in order to inform them of the situation, the possible consequences and the actions allowing the account to be regularized.
Certain data may be retained for longer when necessary to comply with a legal, tax, accounting or contractual obligation, or to preserve evidence.
24. Service availability
Tweeksy uses its best efforts to ensure the availability of the platform.
However, Tweeksy does not guarantee continuous, permanent or error-free availability.
Access to the service may be temporarily interrupted or limited, in particular in the event of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical incidents;
- overload;
- security issues;
- failure of a Third-Party Service;
- force majeure;
- necessary intervention to protect the service or its users.
Tweeksy may inform users of planned interruptions when reasonably possible.
25. Security
The User undertakes not to compromise the security or operation of Tweeksy.
The following are in particular prohibited:
- attempts at unauthorized access;
- large-scale data extraction;
- circumvention of technical limits;
- abusive use of credits or features;
- injection of malicious code;
- denial-of-service attacks;
- use of Tweeksy to send spam or phishing;
- any action likely to disrupt the platform.
Tweeksy may suspend access or a tenant in the event of a security risk.
26. Intellectual property of Tweeksy
Tweeksy, its platform, interface, features, graphic elements, texts, logos, code, architecture, trademarks and technical elements remain the property of Wazo or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant the Customer or User any ownership rights over Tweeksy.
The Customer only has a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use under the conditions set out in these Terms and the applicable commercial terms.
27. Ownership of Customer Content
The Customer retains the rights they hold over their content.
By using Tweeksy, the Customer authorizes Wazo to host, store, display, process, transmit, technically adapt and publish the content strictly to the extent necessary to provide the service.
This authorization is limited to the technical operation of Tweeksy.
Tweeksy does not claim ownership of Customer Content.
Tweeksy does not use Customer Content to train its own AI models.
28. Commercial references
Tweeksy may only publicly present a Customer website as a commercial reference with the Customer's explicit consent.
A separate authorization may be provided, for example:
"I authorize Tweeksy to present my website as an example or customer reference."
In the absence of explicit authorization, Tweeksy will not voluntarily present the Customer's website as a commercial reference.
29. Accessibility

30. Evolution of the service
Tweeksy may evolve the platform, its features, interface, limits, integrations, AI models, technologies or offers.
Certain features may be added, modified, suspended or removed.
When such changes have a significant impact on users' rights or obligations, Tweeksy may inform users or request renewed acceptance of the applicable documents.
31. Modification of the Terms
Tweeksy may modify these Terms.
New versions are published with an effective date.
When changes are significant, Tweeksy may ask users to accept the new version upon their next login or before certain important actions.
Tweeksy keeps a history of accepted versions.

Tweeksy may suspend or limit access to the service, a tenant or a website, in particular in the event of:
- violation of these Terms;
- prohibited content;
- abuse;
- security risk;
- non-payment;
- fraudulent behavior;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- use of the service contrary to the law;

- serious dispute regarding ownership of an account, website or domain;
- legal, regulatory or applicable restriction obligation.
When possible and appropriate, Tweeksy may inform the User and allow them to remedy the situation.
33. Termination by the Customer
The Customer may stop using Tweeksy or request deletion of certain elements depending on the available features.
Termination of a paid subscription, deletion of a website or deletion of a tenant may be subject to specific rules, including temporary recovery, legal retention, billing or permanent deletion rules.
These rules are specified in the Terms of Sale, the Privacy Policy or the applicable specific terms.
34. Limitation of liability
Tweeksy provides a technical platform for creating and managing websites.
To the extent permitted by law, Wazo may not be held liable for:
- content published by the Customer;
- errors in AI-generated or AI-assisted content;
- lack of legal compliance of the Customer's website;
- losses related to incorrect configuration by the Customer;
- actions carried out by users invited by the Customer;
- Third-Party Services activated or used by the Customer;
- consequences of non-payment;
- expiry of a domain where the Customer has not regularized payment or information;
- indirect, commercial, customer, image or opportunity losses, unless otherwise required by law.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
